3. Artists — Artists MUST create/perform their own original art, this includes Henna but does not include reproductions. Artists are assigned a specific space on Stephen Avenue Walk.
4. Merchants — Merchants are the businesses that are permanently located along Stephen Avenue Walk or Barclay Parade and operate 365 days of the year. They pay business taxes and a levy to the Calgary Downtown Association.
Applications for each year are accepted from February 15 until the third Friday in April. After review, successful applicants will be notified by email.
