How can you sell your product on Stephen Avenue Walk?
There have been changes to the 2010 Vendor and Artist Programs. Please refer to the Stephen Avenue Walk Vendor Guide.
Vendors
Vendors are temporary, daily re-sellers of product on Stephen Avenue Walk.
To apply for a Vendor Permit, you will need to submit the following to the Calgary Downtown Association office:
- Completed Vendor Permit application form
- Calgary Health Region Inspection Report
Once you have been accepted you will be asked to sign a contract with the Calgary Downtown Association for the use of space and you must provide post-dated payments for all months plus a deposit cheque of $500.00 for use of the Calgary Downtown Association tent.

Artists
Artists are the most temporary business located on Stephen Avenue Walk. They are not given a specific area to set up their handmade goods and must choose one of several designated artist spots on Stephen Avenue Walk.
Artist Permits will be sold throughout the summer to those wishing to display their trade/craft. Artist Permits cost $125/month + GST.
There are nine designated artists' locations along Stephen Avenue Walk that are available on a first-come, first-served daily basis. All are supplied with a Downtown Calgary 5 ft by 5ft tent.
