Vehicle Access Permits

• Vehicle access permits allow for a 15 minute drop-off period
• Vehicle access permits are NOT valid during City of Calgary snow removal
• Vehicle access permits are NOT valid from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm daily,
  no exceptions

How much do vehicle access permits cost?

• Daily Permit: $10 plus GST
• Annual Permit: $575 plus GST 
  
• Back alley access/loading docks: FREE

*Note: Stephen Avenue does not include Olympic Plaza. For permit access to Olympic Plaza, contact the City of Calgary at 311.

Stephen Avenue Walk pedestrian mall is closed to vehicle traffic from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm daily.

The Calgary Downtown Association (CDA) adheres to rules and guidelines established by the City of Calgary. As such, the CDA does not issue vehicle access permits between 10:30 am and 2:00 pm. No exceptions.
